I'd just have to say...
John...your last post...I dunno.
I'd trade all that any day to be in love with a good woman.
And Mikey...I dunno, I represent most of your musical taste. Except for maybe The Aquabats, because they're pretty ridiculous.
Then again...swedish melodic death metal is pretty ridiculous too. And with that having been said, I'm now going to give my list of top five best Swedish melodic death metal albums.
What can I say...I was inspired.
1. In Flames - Colony
2. Soilwork - A Predator's Portrait
3. At the Gates - Slaughter of the Soul
4. Gardenian - Sindustries
5. Autumn Leaves - Embraced by the Absolute
and honorable mentions (from the remaining 10 or so other Swedish melodic death metal albums I have)
In Flames - Clayman
Dark Tranquillity - Damage Done
Soilwork - Steelbath Suicide
The Haunted - The Haunted
Darkane - Expanding Senses
So, with that being said, maybe it'd be a little more challenging for me to compile a top 10 list of my favorite metal albums as a whole, as opposed to restricting myself to a subgenre within a geographic frame.
Oh well.
Goodnight.
