so there is this black guy at work who goes to A&T (if that was not redundant, i don't know what is) and his name is stephen, though i call him "steve-o" -- for whatever reason. and i always use my black voice when i am around him and he laughs in that "what a silly white boy" kinda way. it usually makes me happy. but i can't ever tell if i might be offending him or sincerely getting through to him on some deeper level...

all my questions were answered today when i was up in the rafters bringing down boxes of plastics and at one point steve-o saw that i was gonna have to throw one box down cause it was too small for me to set it down on the ladder, so he told me to "drop it like it's hott!" and who am i to refuse a brother...?

as always, keepin it BLACK... REAL black...
