i am glad we can agree to disagree... and i wish i could spend more time with mark - especially if that time were spent with him on drums and me on guitar (like we all know God intended, hehe). but on the other note:

as far as blowing my favorite movie out of the water -- i have probably seen the matrix like 36 times (honestly), and loved it every time... the latter two just didn't do it for me. i guess you really can just try too hard sometimes. i can guarantee one thing though, even though the trilogy as a whole is pretty good, it will never out do the indiana jones trilogy, the original star wars trilogy, or possibly the back to the future movies as well. and the number one guarantee that i will stand firm on is that after reading Return of the King -- the entire matrix trilogy combined will not hold a finger (not even a finger 11) to the bliss that will be many of our december 17th, 2003's.

so in conclusion ladies and jellyspoons... i will leave you with two things: one, i agree with john that the french guy should have "bought the farm", if you will, in the end... somehow... i don't care how... and secondly, a quote from steve murray of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution on his review of The Matrix - Revolutions, that basically summed up my only thoughts as the credits began rolling and i stood up to walk out...

"Oh well, at least we still have The Return of the King to look forward to..."

for the entire article, which mentions some of john's afore mentioned video game like eye candy, feel free to click here to basically understand, in essay form, how i felt about the third matrix movie:
Movie Review

as always, keepin it real... REAL real...
