I want to be as tactful as possible in this post. Therefore I may have to write a bit, save it, then come back and finish posting later.
I'm not sure where to begin; fore I have much to say. I first want to apologize to all Brothers and readers for the literary sparring that has occurred over the past few days. The next part of this paragraph is directed almost solely towards Nathan... *deep breath* I have absolutely no problem w/ quote 'long posts', in fact I sometimes welcome them. You guys are always harping on the "realness" of the Brotherhood, and the goal of keeping posts "uplifting" and "supportive", so on and so forth. If that be the case, how is a post listing of survey questions detailing Nathan's personal preferences, favourite colour, smell, etc etc uplifting and or supportive to anyone? If you ask me, it's down right self-indulgent and serves no one other than Nathan himself.
Most of that aside... I deleted my posts for one of 2 possible reasons. One, yes Mikey, maybe I did indeed have a rash estrogen moment. Or two, perhaps I was sick and tired of Nathan's passive aggressive jabs in my direction. The post, the IM, and the away message he left up all day. I can only take so much. Rather than post a hateful harangue and bring every body and their brother (no pun intended) into this little, little.... tiff. I decided to delete my post, hand in my honourary falice, and bow out as gracefully as possible.
Some more of that aside... You know what I'd like to see from the Brotherhood? Perhaps a credo, a memo, a mission statement, an explanation and or and inexact definition of what it means to 'keep it real'? You know? Not only for my own edification (so that may never again step into 'unrealness'), but for our readers as well, so that they too will know the meaning of 'real'. Just a suggestion.
... as for uplifting support... thesonof PETE: i dunno what nate said or did, but don't let him get you down, for you are mighty with femininity Thank You John.
So now, ALL of that aside... in a show of Sisterly-Brotha'luv... I love you Mikey, John, Mark, Brooks and all the others I have yet to have the pleasure of being 'real' w/. Bring on the love.
